Why Do We Give Teacher Scholarships?

Why do we give scholarships to future teachers? Good question. StraightForward Interactive gives scholarships as its primary means of philanthrophy, and we now award over $26,000 annually in scholarships.

While we like to make some of our awards available to a wide variety of students, we also like to award some “specialty” scholarships to students in particular programs or career fields, and the Teacher Scholarships are the latest of that variety.

Plus — simply put — it’s hard to go wrong giving money to future teachers. Everyone knows how valuable they are, so creating a scholarship program rewarding them was an easy decision to make.
